Written report for mortgage lenders or solicitors. Includes moisture readings, diagnosis, photographs, and recommended treatment with cost estimates. Delivered within 48 hours.
CSRT Survey — £250-450+VAT
Detailed survey to RICS/PCA Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatment standards. Includes destructive investigation (lifting floorboards), lab salt analysis if required, and comprehensive written report. Required for some insurance claims or listed buildings.
